“WE BEG YOU ON BEHALF OF CHRIST,
BE RECONCILED TO GOD” 2 Cor. 5:20

Awana2AWANA is an international children’s club dedicated to reaching boys and girls with the Gospel and teaching them the Word of God.  AWANA stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.  Monument Bible Church’s AWANA program is held on Wednesday evenings from 6:20pm to 8:00pm during the school year

Children represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. AWANA establishes welcoming, supportive environments where kids from every background and cultural setting, learn how a personal relationship with Christ affects their everyday lives, as well as their eternal destiny.

Kids can participate in AWANA from age 3 up until graduation from High School, and completing the AWANA program even has some scholarship benefits.

Age 3-5 years: Aw1509122_10152583233018084_1953036848_nana Cubbies® celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word. Preschoolers can hardly wait for their next Cubbies club meeting. Whether it’s the fun puppets, the exciting games or all their Cubbies friends, they simply love it. At Story Time each week, preschoolers learn about God – the greatness of His love and His Word – and about His Son, Jesus Christ, the promised Savior. Non-competitive games build excitement and reinforce Story Time lesson themes.

K-2nd GRADE: Sparks® ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. To these kids, Sparks is the highlight of the week! They love their r2015-10-07 16.48.56ed vests, the exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends. Sparks clubbers explore the biographies of people of the Bible from a new portion of Scripture, memorize Bible verses, complete handbook activities, and enjoy Large Group Time lessons which take our kids on a journey through the entire Bible!

3rd-6th GRADE: T&T engages kids by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ’s grace. Handbooks and large-group lessons deepen a child’s knowledge about God and His Word and teach how to put that knowledge into action in everyday life. T&T has been updated to reinforce commitment, identity, and community for these kids. The ultimate message to kids of every age group is that nothing is more important than their relationship with Christ and following His way of living in the Scriptures.

7th-8th GRADE: Trek is a great program for middle school students to continue to build their relationships and Bible skills. The curriculum we are using has been all new this year, and focuses the students towards seeing God’s hand in “His-story” and in their lives as well. With a major emphasis on daily devotions, the kids still memorize scripture and have a large group time and game time during the evening.

9th GRADE and up: Through the Journey program and the Leader in Training program, kids can continue in Awana up until graduation from High School, and completing the AWANA program even has some scholarship benefits.
